Ordering your new van couldn’t be easier. As a paperless office you can order your van from your phone. Deposit payments are taken by card via phone or by bank transfer online, our order forms and most finance documents are e-signature.
How quickly can I get my vehicle?
Most of our used vans are ready to go as soon as today! However, if the van is new into stock, we may need some time to prepare it to our high standards. With new vans, delivery for in stock vans typically within 7-10 working days. For new vans not in stock, factory order times can take up to 6 months. Our sales team will keep you up to date.

New vans are provided by our main dealer partners, anywhere in the UK.
Finance
Am I eligible for finance?
Any person over the age of 18, and any business can apply for finance with us. We work as a credit broker, and so acceptance is at the discretion of our carefully selected finance providers. All applications are subject to a credit check and affordability assessment.
Is my mileage relevant to the van finance?
If you have taken your van on a lease agreement or hire purchase with a balloon, the likelihood is that yes, your mileage is important. Your estimate mileage will have been used to calculate your payments based on the estimate final value of the van at the end of the lease.
My finance comes to an end very soon, what do I do?
Get in touch with our sales team. Whether you bought your current van from us or another dealer, we can help renew your finance agreement and get you on the road in another brand new van.
What if I have finance outstanding?
We can take this into consideration and settle any existing finance for you, as part of the deal. If there is equity in your part exchange, we can move this on as deposit for the new van, or you can see it as cash back.
When do I need to pay a deposit?
In order to secure a vehicle, we require a small holding deposit. This can be as little as £250 for a used van, or £500 for a new van. Balance payments are not due until the van is ready, our sales team will keep you up to date.
Will I have to pass a credit check to finance a van?
Yes, you will need to pass a credit check to be approved by our finance providers. We have a selection of finance providers in order to have a lender suitable for your credit profile.
Part exchange

Based on information you give us we can value your van in minutes using CAP, the industry standard valuation system. We will need to know about your van, including vehicle registration, mileage, condition report, service history, etc. As we retail the majority of vans taken in part exchange our self, there is no “middle man”. This means you will get the best price from us.
I am not local, can I still part exchange?
Yes, you can! We can value your van without seeing it with our online appraisal form, and we can even collect it when delivering your new van.
